| that's something you should start doing in your siggies. Borders aren't meant to blend into the sig, they're meant to make the sig stand out more. So if you make a dark sig, use a light border, and vice-verse for a light sig. But the border makes it look 10x better. Thanks | |

Exactly. Borders and names (or text) are meant to generally stand alone from the background. Making them perfectly visible is necessary to create a bold definition for such details. | |
